Mission
The OSG group participates in collaborative projects involving the Computing Division, experiment collaborations (including RunII and USCMS), and grid organizations (such as Open Science Grid and the Particle Physics Data Grid). The expertise of the group are centered on software development and integration for fabric management and grid services.
Core values of the Open Science Grid group are strong commitment to safety, support of diversity (out of 8 members, 7 countries of origin are represented), and a commitment to professionally provide secure and high-quality software and services.
